Coffee shop
The Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos has a space dedicated to the cafeteria service so that all those attending an event can have a coffee break during a hard day at the congress.
Terrace
Our headquarters also has an excellent terrace. It is a perfect outdoor space to enjoy a cocktail, a coffee break or an aperitif beforehand.
You will be able to disconnect from the working day by sharing after-work meetings that greatly promote networking.
Reception
We have a registration and cloakroom area managed by specialised staff who manage registrations quickly in order to avoid endless queues and waiting times.

Loading Dock
The Santander Exhibition and Conference Centre has an auxiliary entrance with direct access to the loading bay, which has a motorised lifting platform.
The space where the loading dock is located is at the rear of the Palace halls, thus minimising the work involved in loading and moving scenery and any type of material necessary for the organisation of the event.
The entrance to this auxiliary access is really wide, which facilitates the entry of large parts.
